πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Spearhead the development and implementation of all-encompassing enterprise account growth strategies, which encompass QBRs and engagement with senior stakeholders.

β€’ Foster additional revenue and EBA token utilization through upselling and cross-selling initiatives into new, related, and enhanced products.

β€’ Take ownership of negotiating and finalizing intricate Enterprise Business Agreement (EBA) expansion deals, typically linked to renewal-based quota frameworks.

β€’ Implement strategies to broaden buyer seats across various business units, personas, and purchasing groups within designated enterprise accounts.

β€’ Manage the accuracy of pipeline and forecasting related to seat expansion and upselling/cross-selling opportunities throughout enterprise accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in sales within the manufacturing sector, specifically in enterprise, strategic, or complex B2B sales settings.

β€’ Demonstrated track record of managing enterprise accounts and propelling account growth strategies.

β€’ Proven success in negotiating and closing intricate, multi-stakeholder agreements.

β€’ Experience in forecasting pipeline and overseeing revenue results.

β€’ Ability to engage with executive-level customer stakeholders credibly.

β€’ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.

β€’ Experience handling Enterprise Business Agreements (EBAs) or large-scale commercial contracts.

β€’ Background in SaaS, subscription, or consumption-based business models.

β€’ Experience in leading co-sell initiatives with technical experts and partner networks.

β€’ Familiarity with value-based selling, QBR facilitation, and executive-level storytelling.

β€’ Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams throughout complex sales processes.

β€’ Proficiency with CRM forecasting, pipeline analytics, and territory planning tools.
