This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Create and implement detailed growth strategies for assigned enterprise accounts, including engagement with senior stakeholders and conducting executive-level business reviews.
β’ Increase customer adoption across various business units, personas, and purchasing groups within intricate enterprise organizations.
β’ Generate additional revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion efforts involving new, adjacent, and enhanced solutions.
β’ Support and enhance consumption-based or subscription-based commercial frameworks within enterprise accounts.
β’ Lead the negotiation and finalization of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreements, including expansions linked to renewals or long-term commercial agreements.
β’ Manage pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting for enterprise expansion and growth opportunities.
β’ Serve as a strategic advisor to executive-level customer stakeholders, aligning solutions with business objectives and outcomes.
β’ Oversee co-selling initiatives with technical specialists, extended sales teams, and partners to design and deliver impactful customer solutions.
β’ Proven experience in managing and growing large enterprise or strategic customer accounts within complex B2B environments.
β’ Demonstrated ability to lead intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from strategy development through negotiation and closure.
β’ Strong commercial insight, including experience in managing enterprise-scale agreements and expansion activities.
β’ Capability to engage with credibility and confidence with senior and executive-level customer stakeholders.
β’ Experience working in matrixed sales environments, collaborating with specialists, partners, and cross-functional teams.
β’ Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and forecasting.
β’ Knowledge of UK enterprise customer purchasing behaviors and commercial practices.
