Principal Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Understand and analyze the business objectives of our clients and prospects, while assembling and leading virtual internal teams to design and present intricate solutions in a clear and engaging manner, whether in-person or via virtual meetings.

• Create both individual account and territory plans to drive new logo growth while ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction, with a focus on retention and renewals.

• Meet assigned quotas in alignment with the company's goals, strategies, standards, and policies. Effectively communicate account goals by business unit and devise strategies to achieve both client and company objectives.

• Skillfully identify challenges, recognize symptoms, and develop effective solutions and alternatives.

• Provide market insights and "voice of customer" feedback to cross-functional teams through customer feedback and quarterly business reviews to uncover client needs that can enhance product and solution development.

• Collaborate with Marketing to create account-based marketing strategies for clients and share success stories.

• Oversee a portfolio of existing Enterprise accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in client-facing enterprise sales, with a focus on cloud technologies and Generative AI concepts.

• Proven experience working directly with our partner ecosystem (AWS, Microsoft, Accenture, etc.) to advocate for customers.

• Demonstrated success in onboarding, expanding, and renewing existing customers, along with a strong understanding of large, complex clients and the ability to collaborate and influence various client stakeholders.

• Strong negotiation skills at the C-suite level with large customer organizations.

• Ability to instill urgency within the sales cycle and execute solution strategies; exceptional capability to manage a substantial pipeline.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and utilizing time effectively and efficiently.

• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth with highly competitive strategic clients.

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, particularly with C-level executives, both internally and externally.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Data Protection, Privacy, and Security.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Software Sales and SAAS.

• Nice to have: Industry expertise in Financial Services, Health Care, and Retail.
