This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a primary client-facing representative for external partners, such as reimbursement hubs and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Serve as a communication bridge between external clients and internal operations teams.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with aligned pharmaceutical clients, their hubs, and associated programs.
• Address inquiries regarding Accredo processes and service-related issues while effectively managing escalations.
• Represent Accredo externally in a professional and discreet manner.
• Develop partner relationships, foster trust, and proactively anticipate needs or concerns.
• Oversee the overall health and effectiveness of programs, products, and services while providing updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct research, gather, analyze, and convey relevant data.
• Identify and monitor trends, perform root-cause analysis, and spearhead process improvement initiatives.
• Track specialty-drug performance metrics and swiftly address any delays.
• Design presentations and facilitate meetings with operations leaders, account teams, hubs, and manufacturers.
• Analyze metrics and program performance, support clinical and nonclinical in-services, and carry out quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Work autonomously, adapt to a dynamic environment, and serve as a change advocate.
• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accredo specialty pharmacy is required.
• Preferred experience includes 2+ years in client management, program support, and collaboration with matrix partners.
• At least 1 year of experience in managing escalated issues and conducting difficult conversations professionally is desired.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Must possess high attention to detail, strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage several projects while meeting deadlines is necessary.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with all Microsoft Office applications, is required.
• Familiarity with RxHome and CSP is preferred.
• Travel may be necessary depending on program placement.
• Must fulfill home internet requirements of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload when working remotely.
