• Stratpharma, a Swiss-based medical device company, is on the lookout for a driven and committed Sales Representative to join our expanding Primary Care team. We offer clinically validated, evidence-based over-the-counter products in wound care, scar management, and oncology support to the Australian pharmacy and hospital markets. With a strong pipeline of new products, Stratpharma Australia is eager to find a Sales Professional to cultivate robust relationships with our Pharmacy clients and Women’s Health GPs in our newly established Melbourne East territory. This role provides a unique dual customer focus, integrating both retail pharmacy management and GP clinical detailing.

• **Key Responsibilities**
• Grow Sales: Manage and expand the territory, driving product distribution, surpassing sales targets, and increasing market share.
• Build Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture strong connections with Pharmacists, Pharmacy Assistants, Retail Managers, and Women’s Health GPs.
• Execute with Excellence: Carry out strategic merchandising, maintain precise CRM records, and utilize business analytics to monitor progress and formulate territory-specific strategies.
• Be the Expert: Offer product training and support to our clients to enhance their expertise and sales.
• A strong ambition to succeed and a demonstrated sales record – experience in pharmacy and/or GP sales is highly valued.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage oneself effectively.
• A passion for healthcare and a commitment to ongoing learning.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
