Primary Care Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on the research, planning, and development of primary care services in Florida.

• Offer physician-level clinical insights to aid in the design of primary care service models, workflows, and quality standards.

• Provide guidance on clinical governance, patient care standards, documentation, and the appropriate oversight of advanced practice providers in accordance with state law.

• Engage in discussions with leadership and professional advisors about the structure and compliant functioning of the relevant professional entity.

• Keep abreast of advancements in primary care, telehealth, professional entity requirements, and healthcare regulations.

• Report directly to executive leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an active, unrestricted physician license in Florida.

• Qualifications to fulfill the responsibilities in the applicable professional entity and clinical leadership role as stipulated by state law.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Relevant clinical experience in primary care is essential.

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is preferred.

• Experience in collaborating with advanced practice providers, telehealth, healthcare consulting, or program development is advantageous.
