This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement pricing strategies aimed at enhancing competitiveness, profitability, and the likelihood of success in federal government contracting opportunities.
• Conduct analyses for strategic federal opportunities, assessing customer budgets, acquisition tactics, and market conditions.
• Create pricing strategies, scenarios, and recommendations that effectively balance win probability, profit margins, and execution risks.
• Collaborate with capture, technical, and operational teams to ensure estimates align with competitive solutions.
• Provide guidance to leadership on contract types, fee strategies, and pricing frameworks.
• Deliver pricing recommendations and analyses to capture teams and executive leadership.
• Perform market research to uncover pricing trends and acquisition strategies.
• Analyze trends in federal spending, agency budgets, and industry cost drivers.
• Assist in making bid/no-bid decisions, developing proposals, and conducting executive gate reviews.
• Monitor pricing performance metrics and suggest necessary adjustments.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in federal government contracting, with a minimum of 5 years focused on pricing strategy, PTW, competitive intelligence, capture support, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in leading PTW analyses for Department of Defense and Federal Civilian opportunities.
• Established expertise in competitive intelligence, market analysis, and strategic pricing within the federal contracting landscape.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations, procurement processes, and various contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ, GWAC, BPA, etc.).
• Experience in supporting large, complex, and strategically vital pursuits.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and decision-support skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience in creating or managing pricing strategy and competitive intelligence functions.
