This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and sustain an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) alongside ERP-integrated business workflows that consolidate pricing data, establishing a unified source of truth.
• Create a comprehensive map and documentation of all current pricing workflows, both formal and informal, providing a clear, enterprise-wide understanding of the pricing decision-making and execution process.
• Integrate new entities into the enterprise pricing ecosystem and create repeatable integration playbooks to ensure scalability.
• Design and execute standardized pricing workflows that promote consistency, speed, and scalability on a global scale.
• Create AI agent workflows that automate and effectively manage core pricing processes across the enterprise.
• For each new acquisition, assess incoming pricing workflows and align them with DwyerOmega's established standards.
• Over 7 years of experience in Pricing strategy or familiarity with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
• Proven experience in process mapping for commercial, financial, and ERP workflows at scale, accompanied by documentation and measurable outcomes.
• Practical experience in designing or implementing AI use cases at an enterprise level, beyond just pilot projects or proofs of concept.
• Extensive ERP knowledge, including workflow design, configuration, and data architecture (not limited to end-user experience).
• Strong proficiency in data and analytics, including experience with EDW/data warehousing, advanced Excel skills, and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI and automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar agent-building tools).
• Demonstrated ability to influence and foster alignment across functions without direct authority.
• Experience collaborating within global, matrixed organizations, including acquisition integration or harmonization of business systems.
• A bachelor's degree in business or analytics is preferred; alternatively, 10+ years of equivalent experience is acceptable.
