This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate targeted strategies for product and portfolio channel contracting.
• Oversee the execution of customer contract and pricing initiatives.
• Design business solutions that fulfill the requirements of both external clients and Novartis.
• Collaborate with the Director of Channel & Pricing Strategy to establish channel-specific and portfolio contract strategies.
• Create contract strategies driven by analytics that align with the sales objectives of the Product Strategy.
• Assist in the formulation of market access strategies for both existing and upcoming products.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA, Health Policy, or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience with a strong emphasis on Finance, Consulting, Pharmacy, Market Access, or Business Development.
• Comprehensive understanding of US healthcare economics and the factors influencing pharmaceutical demand.
• In-depth knowledge of Distribution processes and their significance in the evolving market landscape.
• Strong skills in contract processes, negotiation, and forecasting.
