Pricing Strategy Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform analyses on repricing and member experiences using prospect data.

• Craft compelling offers that resonate with large employers.

• Create pricing and related information for entry into RFP platforms.

• Partner with the Sales team to modify and enhance pricing proposals that align with the needs of prospects, ensuring SmithRx's competitive edge.

• Produce client-ready spreadsheets and presentations that captivate enterprise-level clients.

• Exhibit a rapid learning ability and a comprehensive understanding of how SmithRx’s business model differs from traditional PBMs in the market.

• Analyze and evaluate risks tied to various pricing strategies and RFP response approaches.

• Work in conjunction with the Legal team to guarantee that our pricing strategy is accurately mirrored in our contracting practices.

• Assist in legal and contractual negotiations pertaining to pricing and reconciliation terms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree accompanied by over 10 years of experience in pharmacy benefits RFPs, contracts, AWP discount pricing, and rebate guarantees.

• Proficient in analyzing historical claims data to evaluate and manage risk through repricing and trend analyses.

• Skilled in leading discussions with employers, brokers, and pharmacy benefits consultants about pharmacy benefits.

• Highly skilled in Excel.

• Experienced in utilizing Salesforce, Box, Google Suite, and/or similar technological tools to enhance operational efficiencies.

• Demonstrated success in achieving significant, measurable business results.

• Background in a strategic, analytical, and operational role within fast-paced settings.

• Possess a low ego and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

• Excel at making data-driven decisions and are comfortable showcasing these skills to external stakeholders.
