Pricing Standards Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Responsible for maintaining and updating pricing language across proposal resources

• Ensures that proposal pricing language is aligned with the enterprise pricing strategy, regulatory requirements, and approved contract structures

• Implements proposal strategy and assists in the creation of high-quality, compliant responses to RFPs

• Collaborates with sales, pricing, and leadership teams to refine value propositions, messaging, and positioning within proposals

• Monitors and manages timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to guarantee timely development of pricing content

• Works with pricing, legal, and subject matter experts to continuously enhance standard pricing narratives and commitments

• Aids in pricing-related analyses and contributes to the formulation of competitive, market-aligned proposal content

• Maintains and improves proposal templates, tools, and content libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency

• Over 5 years of experience in sales support, proposal management, pricing, or a related field

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and business insights, with the capability to translate findings into actionable recommendations
