Pricing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Focus on pricing for ACC, AT&T, Brightspeed, Lumen, and Verizon during the pre-sales phase of Operations.

• Handle quote requests for sales advisors utilizing supplier portals, channel contacts, and rate cards.

• Manage deal registrations.

• Conduct segmentation and serviceability assessments.

• Draft contracts.

• Verify the accuracy of signed contracts/documents, order collection forms, and Letters of Authorization (LOAs).

• Investigate unclear or unknown inquiries and solutions.

• Address first-level pricing escalations.

• Oversee Salesforce opportunities, quotes, and orders.

• Aim for a 2-hour quote retrieval within Salesforce and a 2-hour response time for emails.

• Process new quote requests while addressing questions, contract inquiries, and order requests from earlier quotes.

• Monitor and reply to inquiries via company chat groups and email.

• Cultivate relationships with advisors, internal teams, and suppliers.

• Participate in regular supplier meetings and training sessions.

• Handle calls from the shared call queue and make routine outgoing calls to suppliers and advisors.

• Undertake additional assigned job responsibilities and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• More than 6 months of experience in telecommunications is preferred.

• Over 1 year of experience in telecom or technology is preferred.

• Ability to adapt to ongoing changes.

• Background in customer service.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook and Excel.

• Intermediate computer skills.

• Intermediate understanding of telecom and technology carrier product offerings.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a personable phone presence.

• Detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing tasks.

• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.

• Self-driven and motivated.

• Strong communication skills, including the capacity to manage difficult discussions.

• Friendly and collaborative demeanor.

• Quick to learn new concepts.

• Independent problem-solving skills.

• Forward-thinking mindset.

• Prior experience with quoting for AT&T, Lumen, Brightspeed, and/or Verizon is preferred but not essential.

• Availability to work from 10am to 7pm Mountain Time.
