Pricing Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the annual pricing list, deal renewals, and service contract repricing process, ensuring timely delivery according to the July–January roadmap.

• Present the monthly price performance review, including the PVM bridge and KPI dashboard, to both regional and executive stakeholders.

• Act as the second-level escalation point for validation of Delegation of Authority (DOA) and for resolving market/margin pricing disputes that require advanced judgment.

• Define and prioritize the functional requirements for pricing tools developed in collaboration with IT/analytics, including price lists, deal/contract renewals, KPI monitoring, competitive analysis, and business case generation.

• Spearhead the team's AI and automation vision by identifying opportunities for automating manual tasks such as reporting, price list creation, deal renewal, and escalation responses, aligning these priorities with the tool roadmap in partnership with IT/analytics.

• Manage, mentor, and cross-train the team to ensure flexibility in handling both the annual pricing cycle and daily escalation demands throughout the year.

• Uphold and ensure adherence to the Delegation of Authority (DOA) framework.

• Foster strong relationships with regional commercial leaders, finance, product management, service operations, and demand planning to ensure the pricing process is aligned with real business insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial operations, or FP&A within a B2B context.

• Proven experience managing or coordinating a small team.

• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or equivalent.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools for daily analysis and reporting tasks.

• Fluent in English and confident in presenting to senior leadership.

• Preferably experienced in the life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device sectors.

• Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, along with experience collaborating with IT/analytics teams on tool development (preferred).

• Experience in identifying automation opportunities and collaborating with technical teams to create AI-assisted tools or workflows (preferred).

• Knowledge of Delegation of Authority frameworks or similar governance structures is preferred.
