This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and oversee pricing tiers for essential products or product categories.
• Implement strategies to enhance pricing effectiveness.
• Evaluate market research and customer insights to uncover opportunities for pricing improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, inside sales, and sales teams to establish product pricing tiers and requirements.
• Create pricing structures that align with organizational objectives to optimize profitability and market positioning.
• Lead teams executing pricing strategies, ensuring alignment and consistency across departments.
• Generate actionable insights through data analysis and market research to inform pricing strategies and priorities.
• Compare pricing strategies against industry benchmarks and competitor approaches.
• Provide consultation on pricing-related challenges and opportunities for internal stakeholders.
• Work with vendors and partners on pricing agreements, terms, and strategies.
• Advise senior leadership on market developments, pricing implications, and data-driven suggestions.
• Mentor team members on pricing strategies, tools, and methodologies.
• Establish systems to enhance pricing operations, improving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• 8–11 years of relevant experience is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• 12–14 years of experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management.
