Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the annual pricing schedule, contract renewals, and deal cycles (primarily from July to November)

• Utilize AI tools for daily analysis, reporting, and routine interactions with Finance, Commercial, and Product Management

• Participate in the monthly and quarterly reviews of pricing performance, adapting focus areas as needed

• Execute the ten-step pricing process (including segmentation, margin diagnostics, and scenario creation)

• Prepare renewals for deals and service contracts, and input approved pricing into SAP

• Evaluate the profitability of service contracts and calculate FSE labor rates

• Monitor freight and Incoterms data

• Develop and sustain the monthly PVM bridge and KPI dashboards

• Conduct daily DOA compliance checks

• Oversee service contract margins and end-of-life indicators

• Create automated alerts to proactively identify issues

• Establish a systematic pipeline for competitive pricing intelligence

• Serve as the functional liaison with IT/analytics on tool development projects

• Develop business cases for pricing escalations

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in pricing, sales/commercial operations, FP&A, or a similar analytical position

• Proficient in Excel, skilled in handling large datasets

• Familiar with using AI tools for daily analysis and reporting

• Structured and deadline-driven approach to work; comfortable in a small team managing a large, intricate business

• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system (Execution)

• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or comparable BI/dashboard tools (Monitoring & Compliance)

• Background in market/competitive research or familiarity with web scraping/APIs (Competitive Intelligence & Tools)

• Experience collaborating with IT/analytics teams on tool development

• Background in life sciences, diagnostics, or industrial B2B sectors
