Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop precise, competitive, and profitable pricing solutions for Contract Logistics (CL) opportunities.

• Analyze warehouse operating expenses, financial data, and P&L performance to support informed pricing decisions.

• Create and refine pricing tools, templates, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and consistency.

• Establish and uphold pricing standards, best practices, and process documentation throughout the team.

• Ensure that all pricing proposals are in compliance with CEVA policies, financial goals, and operational standards.

• Collaborate with Business Development, Solutions Design, Finance, and Operations to implement customer-centric pricing strategies.

• Mentor and assist new team members while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, cost accounting, or financial analysis within a 3PL or warehouse logistics setting.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, cost modeling, P&L analysis, and Contract Logistics pricing methodologies.

• Experience with facility design and cost accounting is preferred.

• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Excel skills with the capacity to interpret complex financial and operational data.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
