Preventive Maintenance PM Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Execute routine preventive maintenance on commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ice-making equipment.

• Clean, inspect, test, and calibrate equipment in accordance with preventive maintenance checklists.

• Detect worn components, necessary repairs, and potential failures, reporting them to the service team.

• Carry out minor repairs and component replacements as per training.

• Accurately document all work performed in a timely manner.

• Professionally represent Pro-Serv in all interactions with customers.

• Support senior technicians during service calls and installations as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Preferred: 1+ years of experience in mechanical, HVAC, appliance maintenance, or a related field.

• EPA 608 certification is advantageous (or a willingness to obtain it).

• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Must be reliable, organized, and detail-focused.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Must possess the physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual tasks.
