• Oversee the long-term strategic planning and organizational growth of IMEC.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with stakeholders.

• Safeguard the long-term financial stability and sustainability of IMEC.

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing leadership team distributed across various locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is mandatory; a master's degree or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

• Extensive executive leadership experience with a focus on organizational strategy, financial outcomes, operations, and stakeholder relations.

• Proven record of successfully leading complex, mission-driven organizations that prioritize stakeholder engagement.

• Experience in forging strategic partnerships and collaborating with government, industry, workforce, education, and economic development entities.
