Presentation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create and implement impactful visual presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams throughout the creative and production phases.

• Offer updates on project status and modify deliverables as necessary.

• Interpret complex and high-level data, emphasizing financial information and legal concepts.

• Deliver comprehensive formatting and project editing assistance in line with corporate branding guidelines.

• Draft and revise legal documents per the Firm’s requirements.

• Verify the accuracy of all information and ensure instructions are executed properly.

• Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned.

• Must be willing to work flexible hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of professional production experience.

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in providing creative design support.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Technically adept in a PC environment.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint (Expert Level), Excel, Adobe, and Visio.

• Proficient in MS Word for converting and formatting documents across various software platforms.

• Skilled in MS Excel for creating graphics, formulas, and all aspects of formatting.

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint for developing slide presentations, tables, charts, including structure charts and organizational charts.

• Capable of providing concept development, design, and execution through visual material illustration.

• Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
