Presentation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the business development and client service teams, as well as indirectly with clients, to grasp end goals, target audience, and messaging.

• Leverage collaborative and design tools, along with design principles, to craft compelling pitch decks for clients.

• Convert essential business elements into captivating visuals that enhance audience comprehension and engagement.

• Oversee design production and RFP responses while adhering to tight deadlines.

• Handle multiple simultaneous projects and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

• Partner with the business development team on RFP submissions, projects, and updates for client-facing materials.

• Review, curate, simplify, store, and organize existing creative assets to systematically categorize current content.

• Draft content that supports 2020 Companies' messaging and service offerings for diverse audiences.

• Develop brand content centered on 2020 Companies’ services for regular distribution on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to foster ongoing business leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience using PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Slides as design tools.

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is preferred.

• Experience with ClearSlide or similar trackable creative asset platforms is a plus.

• A design degree is not mandatory; however, demonstrable design experience and skills are advantageous.

• Quick adaptability to new technologies and tools is essential.

• A strong desire to learn new skills and broaden personal design expertise.

• Ability to accept constructive criticism from internal stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail in presentations.

• A general understanding of business concepts is beneficial.

• Experience in Account Management is a plus.
