Presales Solutions Architect – Google Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the solution architecture team, leveraging extensive GCP knowledge to tackle intricate projects.

• Promote a culture of knowledge exchange by assisting CCaaS-focused architects in understanding the wider Google ecosystem, while also acquiring best practices in customer experience innovation from them.

• Design and implement custom applications and AI agents utilizing Google Cloud native services, such as Cloud Run, Cloud Armor, and Compute Engine.

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for estimating and pricing Google Cloud usage, ensuring precision in complex cost models for clients.

• Partner with the Director of Solution Architecture to formulate and organize Managed Services offerings, facilitating the sale of ongoing support alongside professional services.

• Lead the incorporation of advanced features, such as generative AI and predictive analytics, into TTEC Digital’s solution offerings.

• Develop and sustain a collection of demo and proof-of-concept environments to enable swift, effective, and customized demonstrations for clients, along with training teams on their delivery.

• Engage with senior client executives to identify business and technical requirements, transforming them into customized, results-oriented solutions.

• Expertise in Google Cloud Native technologies

• Strong financial understanding

• Strategy for Managed Services

• Experience serving as a technical overlay or specialist within a pre-sales or sales engineering context

• A "Cloud-First" background with a keen interest in mastering the Google Customer Engagement Suite and wider Contact Center technologies

• Demonstrated capability to work remotely and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
