This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of all facets of the solution selection process — encompassing discovery, demonstrations, evaluations, workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical validation throughout the sales journey to secure technical victories.

• Manage RFI/RFP and technical solution submissions with clarity and credibility.

• Conduct in-depth discovery to comprehend customer product operating models, planning cycles, workflows, governance, and data structures.

• Create and present customized demonstrations that align with customer product and portfolio operational requirements.

• Configure accounts, data, integrations, hierarchies, and customer-specific use cases to ensure successful evaluation results.

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to formulate technical winning strategies, influence deal development, and enhance win rates.

• Continuously enhance knowledge in Dragonboat capabilities, evolving product operating practices, AI-enabled workflows, and the competitive landscape.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles such as Product Manager, Product Ops, PMO, strategy, or transformation leader within technology organizations.

• At least 2 years’ experience in client-facing positions — including sales, consulting, account management, or professional services.

• Strong grasp of strategic planning, portfolio management, roadmap planning, quarterly planning, prioritization, idea management, and product delivery workflows.

• Practical experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Linear, and Smartsheet.

• Proficient in configuring workflows, loading and mapping data, troubleshooting issues, and navigating complex customer environments.

• High agency, rapid learner, systems thinker, and a tendency for applied learning in AI and agentic tools and workflows (both internal and customer-facing use cases).

• Previous experience as a Dragonboat administrator or power user is highly preferred.
