• Recruit and onboard new Domain Consultants to the team, selecting the finest talent in the industry.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a training curriculum for Domain Consultants.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate team members, ensuring they remain engaged and successful in their careers.
• Cultivate relationships with Solutions Consultant Managers and their teams to guarantee comprehensive technology coverage for key opportunities.
• Provide strong technical leadership during customer interactions, including the sharing of security trends and best practices utilized by other clients to actively participate in the sales process.
• Offer Domain Consultant expertise and substitute for team members during resource conflicts or vacation coverage situations.
• Innovate and refine processes to achieve high technical validation and Proof of Concept (PoC) win rates for Network Security solutions, while minimizing technical validation and PoC timelines.
• Present to customers as the expert in your field at all levels within the customer hierarchy, from technicians to CIOs.
• Lead discussions centered around industry trends and the evolving security landscape.
• Analyze competitor offerings in the market and position ours as the premier solution.
• Assist your team in documenting High-Level Design (HLD) and key use cases to ensure proper implementation and realization of value from Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Review and supervise your team's technical validation strategies, including Proof of Value (POV) test plans and customer readiness/requirements.
• Build and sustain relationships with key customers to reinforce reference accounts and support account teams in defining strategies to generate more business.
• Serve as an escalation point for pre-sales issues and collaborate with post-sales teams to address arising challenges.
• Work alongside product teams to establish requirements and development plans for our network security customers.
• Maintain a general understanding of competitor sales strategies.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing Sales Engineering or Solutions Architect teams in cybersecurity, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Background in sales engineering related to Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security, or SSE/SASE, managing complex customer engagements from start to finish.
• Extensive domain knowledge in Zero Trust, SASE/SSE, Network Security, SaaS Security, and Enterprise Browser.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmaps and translate field needs into scalable solutions.
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with working alongside Channel partners and understanding a channel-centric go-to-market strategy.
• Proven track record in building, scaling, and managing high-performing distributed teams, with preference for EMEA experience.
• Ability to create and implement repeatable methodologies, playbooks, and tools to enhance field effectiveness.
• Proficiency in English is required, along with strong communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
