This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct customer discovery and provide technical consultation.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify customer business challenges, technical environments, and strategic priorities.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with stakeholders, including engineers and executive leadership.
• Convert complex customer requirements into customized AI and data platform solutions.
• Deliver solution demonstrations and engage in technical storytelling.
• Create and present engaging demonstrations that highlight Argonos' capabilities and business value.
• Develop tailored proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and technical presentations that align with customer use cases.
• Effectively convey intricate AI, data, and platform concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide insights on technical architecture and solution design.
• Counsel customers on deployment strategies, integrations, and architectural considerations.
• Assist in discussions related to APIs, cloud environments, enterprise systems, and data ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to gather customer feedback and influence the future direction of the platform.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to refine technical messaging and enhance customer outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of demo assets, technical documentation, and enablement materials.
• Support strategic opportunities and help establish Argonos in the North American market.
• Over 7 years of experience in PreSales Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical positions.
• Proven experience in selling and supporting enterprise software, AI platforms, analytics solutions, or data products, particularly big data technologies such as Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Snowflake, Dataiku, or c3.ai.
• Strong knowledge of ontologies, APIs, cloud environments, enterprise architectures, and integrations.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical trade-offs to C-suite executives and non-technical operational managers.
• Experience in designing demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, or technical presentations for clients.
• Background in high-growth or rapidly changing technology environments.
• Experience assisting customers in sectors such as manufacturing, government, financial services, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• A resourceful, ownership-driven growth mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and independently, thrive in ambiguity, and demonstrate a proactive approach.
