This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• **What you'll do:**
• - Engage with prospective clients to assess their security posture, business challenges, and needs.
• - Showcase and explain CT’s cyber security solutions, emphasizing both technical capabilities and business value.
• - Establish confidence that CT’s solutions fulfill customer requirements, serving as a trusted technical advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• - Collaborate with the sales team to uncover, qualify, and develop opportunities, facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and solution validation activities.
• - Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the cyber security portfolio and maintain a shared view of the pipeline to enhance win rates.
• - Lead the technical response to RFPs, RFQs, and tender opportunities by producing structured, compliant, and persuasive submissions.
• - Align solutions with customer requirements, evaluation criteria, and relevant frameworks (e.g. Essential 8, ISO 27001, NIST).
• - Work together with bid teams, sales, and subject-matter experts to deliver cohesive, winning responses.
• - Convert customer requirements into customized cyber security solutions that are technically feasible, deliverable, and supportable.
• - Partner with delivery and engineering teams to validate proposed solutions and assist in the transition from presales to delivery.
• - Keep abreast of the latest cyber security trends, threats, and vendor solutions.
• - Identify and implement process improvements, collaborating across departments to provide the highest quality solutions.
• **What you'll bring:**
• - Strong comprehension of cyber security products and solutions, such as endpoint/EDR/XDR, SIEM, firewalls, IAM, email and web security, vulnerability management, cloud security, SASE/Zero Trust, and MDR/SOC.
• - Capability to translate customer requirements into customized, deliverable security solutions.
• - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards including Essential 8, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• - Relevant industry or vendor certifications are highly valued (e.g. CISSP, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Fortinet).
• - A passion for securing deals, with a proven ability to convert technical capabilities into business value and influence purchasing decisions.
• - Experience in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, with strong commercial insight and an understanding of managed services and project delivery models.
• - Proven experience in presales, solution consulting, security consulting, or technical sales.
• - Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex information to technical, operational, executive, and non-technical audiences.
• - Strong writing skills for proposals, tenders, and technical documentation.
• - Methodical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• - Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, possessing strong interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
