Presales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and develop solutions tailored to clients’ technical needs.

• Participate in pre-sales technical consultancy activities.

• Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

• Create and present technical and product demonstrations.

• Actively seek improvements in the presales processes and team documentation.

• Collaborate with the Professional Services team by providing clear technical specifications for the proposed solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing position.

• Areas of expertise include Microsoft Voice Technologies and Microsoft 365.

• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related web technologies, as well as integrating third-party APIs.

• Experience in implementing and supporting technology solutions utilizing Microsoft Voice technologies.

• A strong commitment to remaining current with emerging technologies.
