This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• You will be part of the Trinetix Presale Team, collaborating with Sales and Delivery to create engaging and competitive proposals for prospective clients.
• As a Presale Consultant, you will spearhead initial discussions with potential clients to assess their business needs, suggest high-level solution concepts, and translate these into comprehensive technical proposals, in conjunction with Trinetix architects, technology, and delivery specialists.
• You will contribute to the development of an AI-enhanced Presale Function alongside Trinetix presale and technology experts.
• Your primary responsibility will be to comprehend the client's business requirements and ensure they are accurately represented in the proposed solution.
• Over 7 years of experience in the IT industry.
• A solid background as a technical business consultant or senior business analyst with experience across various business domains.
• Established consulting experience, preferably in client-facing roles; skilled in facilitating client workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and guiding clients through the ideation process.
• Profound knowledge of business analysis and product management, along with a high-level understanding of solution architecture, UX/UI design, and relevant software engineering practices.
• Experience working closely with architects and engineering teams to translate the client’s business requirements into a technical solution proposal.
• Familiarity with presales nuances (time constraints and uncertainty).
• Experience with both informal, highly interactive presales and formal RFP responses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders from the USA and/or Europe.
• Proven experience in presenting proposals and facilitating client discussions with VP- and CxO-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with document and presentation development tools (e.g., MS Word/Google Docs; MS PowerPoint/Google Slides) - ideally, you should be able to create a visually appealing, logically structured presentation/document with compelling storytelling even in the absence of a designer/copywriter (though support will typically be available).
• Advanced level of English or higher.
• Familiarity with AI tools within the presales process.
• Experience in the Healthcare and Telecom domains would be an advantage.
