This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Prepare competitive exams for Renfe for Commercial Operator, Maintenance Operator, and Train Driver roles.

• Conduct online classes covering the syllabus for each profile.

• Train psychometric tests using timed series and error analysis.

• Generate test questions and simulations in a realistic format.

• Develop technical content by specialty for the Maintenance Operator role.

• Organize personal interview preparations.

• Provide guidance on merits and profile selection.

• Monitor student progress and create short videos, outlines, and summaries.

• Collaborate on specific educational projects through service provision.

• Submit a presentation video and a recorded class as part of the selection process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience working at Renfe or having passed the admission process for one of the relevant lines.

• Understanding of Renfe's admission processes.

• Background as a commercial operator, railway maintenance professional, active train driver, or Renfe exam preparer.

• Familiarity with psychometric tests, syllabus content, personal interviews, and, depending on the profile, technical specialty tests.

• For Entry Train Driver: must possess the corresponding railway driving certification.

• Ability to explain clearly, provide constructive feedback, and motivate during preparation sessions.

• Proficiency with digital tools; experience with AI is valued.

• Specialists in psychometric tests and interview preparation with experience in railway processes are preferred.
