This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Deliver engaging, practical, and approachable online classes.

• Explain the curriculum based on real-world experience working at Correos.

• Develop test questions, psychometric assessments, and exam-format simulations.

• Provide guidance on merits and employment opportunities.

• Monitor student progress, address questions, and assist them in advancing.

• Create short videos, outlines, and summaries.

• Participate in specific educational projects through service provision.

• Collaborate with Polaris x Ucademy flexibly, without needing to leave your position at Correos.

⛳️ Requirements

• Permanent staff at Correos or those with contracted experience.

• Experience with the Correos opposition.

• Knowledge of the roles of Delivery, Classification Agent, and Customer Service.

• Mastery of the exam and its contents: curriculum, test questions, psychometric assessments, merits, and employment opportunities.

• Ability to teach and guide students, explaining concepts clearly and simplifying the curriculum.

• Proficiency with digital tools.

• Availability that aligns with current professional commitments and shifts.

• Submission of a 1-minute presentation video during the application process.

• Submission of a recorded class of no more than 5 minutes and personal supporting material for the interview.
