This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Deliver online classes covering the technical and specific syllabus for each administration.

• Design, solve, and correct practical case studies.

• Work with state and regional legislation concerning heritage, libraries, archives, and museums.

• Create multiple-choice questions and simulations in the actual format.

• Prepare oral or development tests at higher levels.

• Monitor students, address inquiries, and assist them in their progress.

• Develop syllabi, outlines, summaries, and short videos.

• Collaborate by providing services on specific educational projects.

• Participate in projects based on the area, level, and availability of the instructor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professionals holding positions (civil servants or permanent staff, either active or on leave) in public libraries, archives, or museums.

• Instructors with experience in these competitive examinations.

• Knowledge of librarianship, archiving, museology, collection management, and standardization.

• Familiarity with the legislation and specific content of the convening administration, including regional regulations where applicable.

• Proficiency in practical tests: cataloging and classification, archival description, and documentation of museum collections.

• Ability to teach and guide, explain clearly, and provide constructive feedback.

• Comfort with digital tools.

• Familiarity with the use of AI will be considered an asset.

• Capability to work in one or more areas: Libraries, Archives, or Museums.

• Ability to work at one or more levels: Assistant, Aide, or Curator/Conservator.
