This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Reconcile and manage daily reports for premium billings and balances.
• Maintain and investigate premium suspense items.
• Generate premium refunds and handle related correspondence.
• Execute member and group terminations.
• Conduct reconciling activities at the member level.
• Analyze, process, and accurately reconcile group payments promptly.
• Investigate group suspense to ensure accurate posting of premiums.
• Perform payment audits for groups using MS Excel.
• Achieve quality and productivity targets while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to fulfill departmental service-level objectives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed according to departmental requirements.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, insurance administration, premium billing, or a similar analytical position.
• Proven experience in researching and resolving payment discrepancies, account variances, or reconciliation challenges.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to conduct complex reconciliations and administrative investigations within the servicing system.
• Proficient in analyzing financial premium data and conveying findings effectively.
• Excellent research and reconciliation abilities.
• Competent 10-key skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to create professional correspondence.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a low error rate.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Capability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of experience in general accounting, with a solid understanding of relevant concepts and practices.
• Experience in a role that requires extensive research and reconciliation tasks.
