Premium Audit Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Serves as a connection between the Phone Audit Manager and Phone Auditors to ensure smooth workflow.

• Handles a high volume of calls, averaging 8-12 calls per hour during business hours.

• Acts as an intermediary between insured individuals and field representatives for setting up audit or inspection appointments.

• Aids in identifying needs, scheduling or canceling appointments, or directing the insured to the appropriate staff member.

• Communicates with policyholders, CPAs, bookkeepers, and agents to collect any necessary additional information.

• Informs the insured about audit requirements to ensure that all information is ready for the Phone Auditor.

• Keeps and updates contact notes for each assigned job in AuSum.

• Makes follow-up calls to check the status of information, including calls to insurance agents.

• Conducts all calls in a professional and friendly manner.

• Attaches relevant information and updates progress notes in AuSum as it becomes available.

• Assigns audits to Phone Auditors once the necessary information has been received.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
