This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations, translating intricate product functionalities (billing, mediation, invoicing, collections, subscription management) into understandable business benefits.

• Provide customized product demonstrations showcasing features such as usage-based billing, dunning processes, complex rating systems, and regulatory compliance.

• Serve as a reliable technical consultant to prospects throughout the sales journey, from initial qualification to final closure.

• Assist in the sales strategy for target regions, enhancing technical engagement to transform opportunities into revenue.

• Align customer business and technical requirements with product functionalities and integration possibilities.

• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Professional Services to create high-level solution designs, architecture diagrams, and deployment strategies (SaaS, on-premise, hybrid).

• Specify solution scope, hosting alternatives, maintenance models, and timelines for proposals and Statements of Work.

• Provide guidance on pricing strategies in conjunction with sales and finance teams.

• Design and assist in Proof-of-Concept (POC) environments to confirm integration, performance, and compatibility with customer systems.

• Address technical concerns related to scalability, data migration, security, and compliance (e.g., tax/VAT management).

• Assess and communicate competitive positioning, contributing to demo enhancements, pricing adjustments, and inputs for the product roadmap.

• Lead or contribute to the technical components of RFP/RFI submissions, ensuring an accurate and engaging representation of platform and infrastructure capabilities.

• Supply technical content for sales materials, proposals, and customer success narratives.

• Collect and communicate customer feature requests to shape product development.

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with technical and business stakeholders at every organizational level.

• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with insightful analysis and reinforcement of solution value.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell possibilities within existing accounts through technical discovery and collaboration with account managers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software sales, technical pre-sales, product management, or solution architecture—preferably within telecom, utilities, or enterprise billing solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in designing solutions that address complex business and technical needs.

• In-depth knowledge of billing systems, usage/rating methodologies, integration patterns, and compliance standards.

• Understanding of strategic sales planning and forecasting.

• Familiarity with CRM tools.

• Exceptional communication skills—capable of conveying intricate technical concepts to business and executive audiences.

• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

• Consultative selling approach with a dedication to resolving customer challenges.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
