• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and cultivate leads through various inbound and outbound channels.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects to enhance engagement.
• Organize and schedule product demonstrations with internal teams or partners.
• Allocate qualified leads to the appropriate distributors.
• Provide weekly reports and updates on lead lists.
• Sales Process Support: Conduct weekly follow-ups on pending demos and meetings.
• Ensure effective conversion of leads into scheduled opportunities within the pipeline.
• CRM & Data Management: Keep accurate and current records in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive).
• Collaborate with AI-driven SDR tools.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing lead generation and conversion metrics.
• Nurture data within ABM lists.
• Identify key decision-makers and gather pertinent contact information.
• Previous experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication abilities in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage!
• Capability to quickly grasp technical products and articulate their value effectively.
• Proactive and persistent in follow-ups and relationship building.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a remote, independent work environment.
• Bonus: Experience in agriculture or geospatial technology is a plus.
