Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects aimed at integrating Blackwall products and solutions into the environments of clients and partners.

• Evaluate existing systems architecture and partner with Architect and Developer teams to propose solutions or enhancements.

• Address technical challenges as they occur and design, modify, and test technical solutions accordingly.

• Offer guidance to development teams and clients, keeping stakeholders informed on technical issues and assessing the business implications of technical decisions.

• Inform stakeholders about product development processes and engage directly with clients to grasp their needs, challenges, and requirements.

• Examine client systems or processes to pinpoint opportunities where Blackwall solutions can provide added value.

• Perform product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate the functionality of Blackwall products and how they meet client needs.

• Work alongside sales teams to detail proposed solutions, highlighting both the technical elements and business advantages.

• Deliver continuous third-level technical support to partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the Infrastructure, Hosting, or E-Commerce sectors, ideally in roles such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect with a customer-centric focus.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Linux, with substantial hands-on experience using the Linux command line for administration, troubleshooting, and operational tasks.

• Solid experience in web-hosting, firewall management, and web traffic control.

• Comfort in operating within a startup environment, demonstrating commitment to our collective success.

• A proactive approach to taking ownership of projects and challenges, effectively managing timelines and deliverables.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
