Pre-Sales Solution Architect – AI Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account teams to assist in strategic enterprise initiatives.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions to gain insights into customer infrastructure, AI, and platform engineering requirements.

• Act as a trusted advisor to CTOs, platform teams, and AI engineering executives.

• Design AI infrastructure architectures utilizing Mirantis k0rdent and technologies from the open-source ecosystem.

• Convert customer needs into scalable solutions based on Kubernetes platforms.

• Create reference architectures and deployment strategies for AI workloads.

• Present technical information, conduct demos, and lead workshops.

• Represent Mirantis at conferences, technical events, and within industry communities.

• Produce technical content, demos, and solution patterns to foster adoption.

• Oversee customer proof-of-concept projects and prototype implementations.

• Showcase operational workflows for AI infrastructure and MLOps.

• Work in collaboration with product management, engineering, and marketing teams.

• Offer field insights that impact product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.

• Develop reusable architectures and technical resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting within France or other French-speaking regions in Europe.

• Proven experience in supporting enterprise sales for cloud-native or infrastructure platforms.

• Practical experience in designing or managing Kubernetes-based systems.

• Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes container orchestration, multi-cluster management, Helm, Operators, and CRDs.

• Familiarity with AI/ML deployment pipelines, model serving and inference platforms, as well as GPU-accelerated workloads.

• Experience with frameworks such as Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, or similar.

• Knowledge of GitOps workflows and infrastructure automation.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid cloud, and on-premises infrastructures.

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and observability tools.

• Strong consultative approach and a genuine empathy for customers.

• Capacity to articulate complex systems in an understandable manner.

• Hands-on curiosity with a willingness to experiment.

• Enthusiasm for open-source and emerging infrastructure technologies.

• An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive attitude.

• Nice to have: Experience within the CNCF ecosystem, AI infrastructure or MLOps platforms, Kubernetes or cloud certifications, and involvement in open-source communities.
