This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
β’ Evaluate customer inquiries, RFQs, and tender specifications.
β’ Comprehend the necessary IT solutions and pinpoint any missing or ambiguous technical information.
β’ Draft or coordinate technical proposals, datasheets, compliance documentation, and supplementary materials.
β’ Provide responses to basic technical inquiries and collaborate with the technical team or suppliers for more complex questions.
β’ Confirm that proposed solutions align with customer needs prior to submission.
β’ Generate customer quotations based on supplier pricing and internal data.
β’ Professionally format and organize commercial proposals.
β’ Verify pricing, product models, quantities, terms, and delivery information before forwarding to sales.
β’ Recommend alternatives when the specified product or model is unavailable or inappropriate.
β’ Closely monitor RFQ and tender deadlines.
β’ Create a checklist for each submission that includes technical proposals, commercial offers, company documents, forms, guarantees, and necessary attachments.
β’ Liaise with sales, supply chain, technical teams, suppliers, banks, insurance companies, or other external parties to gather missing information.
β’ Ensure all documentation is finalized prior to the submission deadline.
β’ Update opportunity records in CRM/Odoo, including stage, value, deadline, tags, notes, and attachments.
β’ Link quotations, proposals, datasheets, and submission documents to the appropriate opportunity.
β’ Maintain clear and up-to-date opportunity data for management oversight.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in pre-sales, technical proposals, tender preparation, sales support, or IT coordination.
β’ Strong understanding of IT solutions such as hardware, networking, cybersecurity, servers, software licensing, cloud, or infrastructure.
β’ Capability to interpret customer requirements and articulate them into coherent proposal documents.
β’ Proficient in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
β’ Excellent follow-up abilities and adeptness at managing deadlines.
β’ Strong English writing and communication skills.
β’ Experience with CRM or Odoo is advantageous.
β’ Employees have the option to work remotely.
