This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Create engaging and market-focused sales presentations that articulate the value of Great Minds’ curricula.
• Work in partnership with field sales colleagues to tailor presentations to meet regional and account-specific strategies.
• Collaborate with ASMs during pre-sales discussions to explore solution opportunities and pilot options.
• Assist in the development of pre-sales strategies, training, and preparatory activities.
• Conduct pilot training sessions for educators and offer ongoing support to ensure successful implementation.
• Relate Great Minds products to current educational trends, district priorities, and best instructional practices.
• Work in conjunction with internal sales teams while demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Keep informed about educational trends, priorities, and pedagogical approaches.
• Present live pre-sales webinars tailored to the needs of districts.
• Address customer inquiries and effectively handle objections.
• Leverage knowledge of competitor products to enhance the positioning of Great Minds offerings.
• Be prepared to travel up to 80% during peak sales times (August–November and January–May).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, coaching, or pre-sales support.
• Background in educational sales or curriculum implementation.
• Familiarity with or alignment to Great Minds’ instructional design and pedagogical principles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of educational curricula and instructional strategies.
• Capability to establish rapport with educators and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills for goal setting, project management, collective decision-making, deadline adherence, and record maintenance.
• Ability to make solution-oriented decisions through adaptable thinking in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and PowerPoint.
• Dedication to high-quality, knowledge-rich curricula.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards, instructional excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Openness to feedback and a reflective approach to practice.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel by air and vehicle.
• Must live near a major airport.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
