Pre-Sales Lead, Inbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, and guide a pre-sales team by providing continuous training, professional development, and support to achieve targets.

• Evaluate and analyze the performance metrics of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions.

• Create and execute strategies aimed at enhancing lead generation, customer qualification, and converting opportunities into successful deals.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach throughout the entire sales cycle.

• Cultivate an environment that encourages continuous innovation, motivating the team to explore novel approaches and solutions to achieve success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading pre-sales teams, with an emphasis on people management, KPI tracking, and surpassing targets.

• Background in Inside Sales environments, specifically working with SDRs and consultative selling (preferably inbound).

• In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies (BANT, SPIN Selling, GPCT, or similar).

• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).

• Familiarity with lead enrichment and segmentation platforms (e.g., Exact Spotter, Neoway, Cortex, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

• Capability to analyze metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, LTV/CLV, sales funnel, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
