This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Master our platform and assist the Sales team by providing insights, expertise, and the necessary tools;
• Listen to and comprehend prospects’ needs, working internally to determine how Alan can best meet those needs;
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the prospect and evaluate the alignment of our offerings and capabilities;
• Participate in RFP submissions and collaboratively craft Alan’s response with Sales, Insurance, and Product experts;
• Engage in the customer acquisition process to promote our services and products;
• Serve as the voice of the customer, influencing Alan’s platform roadmap;
• Prepare handover documentation for a seamless onboarding experience for customers;
• Participate in and eventually lead the most complex customer onboardings;
• Collaborate closely with your peers in France to ensure effective practice sharing and develop a global playbook.
• You possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in either Dutch or French;
• Experienced in end-to-end procurement projects (either buyer or supplier side), with participation in RFI’s, RFQ’s, and RFP’s;
• Skilled in pitching a product transparently without overselling its capabilities;
• Capable of identifying the root cause of customer concerns through active listening and requirements gathering;
• Assertive with the ability to handle objections in a complex environment;
• Ability to break down intricate issues and pinpoint product gaps to propose optimal product solutions;
• Proficient in sharing relevant insights and context to influence product development;
• Strong at managing high-level stakeholders;
• Excellent at prioritizing tasks while fulfilling commitments;
• Enjoy teamwork and have a constant desire to learn and grow;
• It would be advantageous if you have:
• Fluency in both Dutch and French is a significant plus;
• Experience in Insurance or Health platforms;
• Experience in end-to-end procurement projects (either buyer or supplier side) with involvement in RFI’s, RFQ’s, and RFP’s;
• Experience with HRIS / Payroll solutions.
