Pre-Sales Engineer, Central Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales executives and resellers, overseeing all technical facets of the sales process from demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to tender responses and specification finalization.

• Provide guidance to prospects by comprehending their operational needs, challenges, and goals, while positioning Sentrycs solutions as suitable options.

• Cultivate cooperative relationships with potential clients.

• Present technical information, conduct live demonstrations, and facilitate proof-of-concepts, which includes deploying field hardware and addressing troubleshooting issues.

• Represent customer requirements to product development and engineering teams.

• Keep abreast of product developments, competitive landscape, and industry advancements.

• Ensure precise and actionable field data management using CRM systems and other tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of international Pre-Sales experience, ideally in B2G – HLS / Army sectors.

• Solid technical and problem-solving capabilities with on-premises equipment.

• Excellent presentation abilities.

• Proficient in matrix management.

• Experience with intricate tender processes that involve multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a global startup environment characterized by multiple time zones, high ambiguity, and rapid changes.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Native-level proficiency in French (French mother tongue) is a plus.

• Background in Electronics or Radio communications is advantageous.

• Technical and tactical military / HLS experience or experience with drone operations is an added benefit.
