Pre-Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars regarding the product for both customers and company employees.

• Present product roadmaps and new features to distributors of Ajax Systems and installers.

• Educate technical personnel at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to enhance their understanding of products and technology.

• Promote and introduce product solutions based on customer requirements, providing technical consultation and support to key clients.

• Conduct market research and comparative analysis of competitor products.

• Foster long-term relationships with the company’s key partners.

• Evaluate product features, create technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the team.

• Assess customer needs in conjunction with the sales department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Alarm Systems, video surveillance, and security.

• Proficient knowledge of Analogue and IP CCTV and Access Control Systems.

• Experience in the installation and design of video surveillance systems, fire alarms, or other security systems.

• Public speaking experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to travel for business, attend trade shows, and more.

• Outgoing personality with the ability to work independently.
