This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Act as a strategic clinical partner to the sales team by crafting deal strategies across the product portfolio and positioning effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Lead clinical product demonstrations, workflow assessments, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to support sales and foster business growth.
• Assist customers in their decision-making process by recommending optimized clinical solutions that align with operational goals and KPIs.
• Cultivate relationships throughout both the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle to ensure effective adoption and delivery of solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Evaluate post-sale clinical support requirements and engage in customer handoff activities.
• Facilitate successful implementation and installation outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Field Services, and Business Units to exchange market insights, competitive intelligence, pricing considerations, and customer feedback.
• Utilize Salesforce, Chatter, and OneSource to share best practices and enhance organizational collaboration.
• Meet performance goals, adhere to established processes, and broaden clinical and business expertise.
• Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing, completion of training, and pursuing professional growth opportunities.
• Over 3 years of experience in clinical consulting, clinical applications, solution design, or clinical sales.
• Familiarity with enterprise healthcare IT solutions.
• Strong comprehension of hospital operations and clinical workflows.
• Experience in hospital patient monitoring is highly preferred.
• Capability to conduct customer-facing solution demonstrations, workflow assessments, and solution consulting activities in healthcare settings.
• Previous experience in pre-sales architecture or solution consulting, including alarm management and workflow optimization, is preferred.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
• Active RN license required.
• Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for comprehensive solution presentations and live, in-person customer engagements.
• Must possess US work authorization.
• Must reside within North Carolina, South Carolina, or eastern Tennessee.
• Must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future.
• Total Target Earnings potential of $138,800 to $148,600 annually at 85% to 120% performance achievement.
