This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

đź“‹ Description

• Mentor and support Account Executives in structuring and presenting treasury-centric demonstrations, enhancing team-wide skills and confidence with financial stakeholders instead of solely taking the lead.

• Educate and enhance the capabilities of AEs and Customer Success Managers regarding US banking connectivity concepts, integration strategies, and addressing technical objections in real-world scenarios.

• Create reusable training materials, including demo scripts, treasury workflow guides, bank compatibility matrices, and integration one-pagers.

• Implement a feedback mechanism between the field teams and Product, ensuring that genuine insights from prospects and customers inform the product roadmap.

• Collaborate with Account Executives during intricate mid-market sales processes, lending treasury and technical authority to discovery calls, demos, and evaluations.

• Tailor product demonstrations to align with specific cash management workflows, ERP environments, and banking structures of potential clients.

• Facilitate technical and treasury-oriented discussions with CFOs, Controllers, and Treasurers to identify challenges and connect them with Agicap's value proposition.

• Construct and deliver customized business cases and ROI analyses to expedite deal closure and enhance average contract value.

• Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations and manage sandbox environments for prospects, overseeing the technical aspects of the sales process from start to finish.

• Address RFPs and respond to security and technical questionnaires.

• Enhance competitive positioning by acquiring in-depth knowledge of US banking alternatives and effectively articulating Agicap's unique advantages.

• Act as the primary authority on US banking connectivity throughout the sales cycle, advising prospects on integration options (API, SFTP, H2H, SWIFT) with their current banking partners.

• Simplify complex connectivity concepts into accessible language for CFOs and Controllers, serving as the communication link that transforms technical details into sales momentum.

• Actively engage with US banks—both large national and regional institutions—to establish and sustain connectivity partnerships and documentation.

• Assist prospects in anticipating integration complexities early on, minimizing post-sale surprises, and speeding up the time-to-live.

• Collaborate closely with implementation and customer success teams to optimize banking connectivity setups for new clients.

• Lead or assist in the technical configuration of SFTP, H2H, and SWIFT connections across US banks, including major institutions (JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi) and smaller regional banks. (Note: As Agicap US grows, hands-on configuration responsibilities will shift to a dedicated implementation resource, and candidates will be informed accordingly.)

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive playbook of US bank integration specifications, contacts, and known requirements to streamline setup time for the team.

• Diagnose connectivity issues during the onboarding process and act as an escalation point for banking integration problems.

• Coordinate with bank technical teams on behalf of clients when necessary.

• Provide market and prospect feedback to the Product team to shape the US banking connectivity roadmap.

• Monitor and report on the influence of pre-sales engagement on win rates, deal sizes, and the duration of sales cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, fintech pre-sales, or financial software implementation.

• A practical background in corporate treasury—preferably someone who has experienced cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and reporting challenges from the corporate perspective before transitioning into vendor or consulting roles; CTP designation is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of US banking connectivity standards, including SFTP file transfers, Host-to-Host (H2H) connections, SWIFT (MT/MX), and ideally bank APIs.

• Experience engaging with a diverse range of US banks, including regional and community institutions.

• Strong understanding of corporate treasury workflows, including cash positioning, bank reconciliation, payment processing, and forecasting.

• Proven track record of supporting complex B2B SaaS or fintech sales processes, particularly with mid-market or enterprise clients.

• Excellent communication skills—equally adept in discussions with CFOs and technical integration dialogues.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at creating structure in less defined environments, as this is a relatively new function at Agicap US.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, and SAP.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive compensation: Annual on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $150k to $200k based on experience.

• Comprehensive benefits package including health benefits and 401k.

• High achievers gain access to stock options.
