This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Mentor and support Account Executives in structuring and delivering treasury-centric demonstrations, enhancing the team's overall capability and confidence with financial stakeholders, rather than solely taking the lead yourself.
• Educate and enhance the skills of AEs and Customer Success Managers on US banking connectivity concepts, integration paths, and methods to address technical objections in the field.
• Create reusable enablement resources such as demo scripts, treasury workflow guides, bank compatibility matrices, and integration one-pagers.
• Implement a feedback mechanism between the field and Product to ensure that genuine prospect and customer insights inform the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Account Executives throughout intricate mid-market sales processes, lending treasury and technical credibility during discovery calls, demonstrations, and evaluations.
• Tailor product demonstrations to align with prospects' unique cash management workflows, ERP environments, and banking configurations.
• Lead discussions focused on technical and treasury matters with CFOs, Controllers, and Treasurers to identify pain points and link them to Agicap's value proposition.
• Develop and present customized business cases and ROI analyses to enhance deal velocity and boost average contract value.
• Oversee proof-of-concept assessments and sandbox environments for prospects, managing the technical aspect of the sales process from start to finish.
• Address RFPs and security/technical inquiries.
• Contribute to competitive positioning by acquiring in-depth knowledge of US alternatives and effectively communicating Agicap's unique offerings.
• Act as the primary authority on US banking connectivity during the sales cycle, guiding prospects on integration strategies (API, SFTP, H2H, SWIFT) with their current banking partners.
• Simplify complex connectivity concepts into clear, non-technical terms for CFOs and Controllers, serving as the communication link that transforms technical depth into sales momentum.
• Actively engage with US banks—both large national institutions and regional banks—to establish and maintain connectivity partnerships and documentation.
• Assist prospects in anticipating integration complexities early on, minimizing post-sale surprises and speeding up time-to-live.
• Collaborate closely with implementation and customer success teams to facilitate seamless banking connectivity setup for new clients.
• Lead or assist in the technical configuration of SFTP, H2H, and SWIFT connections across US banks, including major nationals (JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi) and smaller regional institutions. (Note: As Agicap US grows, hands-on configuration tasks are expected to transition to a dedicated implementation resource—candidates will be informed of these expectations accordingly.)
• Develop and maintain a dynamic playbook of US bank integration specifications, contacts, and known requirements to decrease setup time across the team.
• Diagnose connectivity issues during onboarding and act as an escalation point for banking integration challenges.
• Coordinate with bank technical teams on behalf of clients when necessary.
• Relay market and prospect insights back to Product to shape the US banking connectivity roadmap.
• Monitor and report on the effect of pre-sales involvement on win rates, deal sizes, and sales cycle durations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, fintech pre-sales, or financial software implementation.
• A hands-on practitioner background in corporate treasury, ideally someone who has encountered cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and reporting challenges from the corporate perspective before transitioning to the vendor or consulting arena; CTP designation is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of US banking connectivity standards, including SFTP file transfers, Host-to-Host (H2H) connections, SWIFT (MT/MX), and ideally bank APIs.
• Experience collaborating with a wide array of US banks, including regional and community banks.
• Strong comprehension of corporate treasury workflows, including cash positioning, bank reconciliation, payment processing, and forecasting.
• Proven track record of supporting intricate B2B SaaS or fintech sales processes, particularly with mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Exceptional communication skills—equally adept in discussions with CFOs and technical integration conversations.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing structure where it is lacking (this role is relatively new at Agicap US).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, and SAP.
• Attractive compensation: Annual on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $150k to $200k based on seniority.
• Competitive benefits package, including health benefits and a 401k plan.
• Top performers gain access to stock options.
