Pre-Sales Architect – Dynamics 365 FSCM, FinOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Commercial Lead to qualify opportunities and establish the engagement strategy.

• Develop and showcase solutions through materials, demonstrations, and presentations, including at events.

• Facilitate customer workshops, translating their requirements and agenda into a clear and robust solution vision.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales/Delivery/Marketing) to manage the pre-sales process from start to finish.

• Identify and document impactful customer success stories and references that highlight our capabilities and successful projects.

• Assist in proposal development and customer meetings by providing a coherent storyline, effort estimates, and commercial insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM/FinOps) along with integrations with other systems.

• Previous experience in a pre-sales capacity, either as a dedicated pre-sales specialist or by supporting pre-sales initiatives within a consulting role.

• Proven track record of creating innovative and effective solutions for complex business challenges.

• Established experience in preparing proposals, addressing customer inquiries, and crafting presentations.

• Demonstrated experience working as a Solution Architect.

• Strong skills in solution and integration design.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications are required.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in both English and German communication.
