Pre-Sales Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical liaison during the pre-sales stage for enterprise customers and prospects.

• Grasp customer business requirements and technical limitations to architect solutions based on Scaleway.

• Assist clients throughout their discovery and migration processes until the project is handed over to support.

• Perform comprehensive technical assessments and recommend tailored solutions utilizing Scaleway products.

• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues.

• Lead technical workshops and proof-of-concept demonstrations for clients.

• Keep abreast of and disseminate knowledge regarding Scaleway’s dynamic cloud offerings.

• Engage in the enhancement of internal pre-sales tools and procedures.

• Represent Scaleway at industry conferences and webinars as required.

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of the Pre-Sales practice and its documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Between 3 to 10 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution architecture positions.

• Proven experience with public cloud solutions and migration processes.

• Knowledge of container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code, or Linux operating systems.

• Thorough understanding of application/server architectures and data center environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical knowledge.

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
