Pre-/Post-Sales Engineer, Deutschlandplattform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support for the integration of new authorities and other stakeholders to the technical platform.

• Assistance with technical inquiries and/or technical support during the onboarding of new applications.

• Participation in the further development and automation of integration and deployment processes.

• Close collaboration with partners, authorities, and manufacturers of digital applications.

• Support in error analysis, performance optimization, and ensuring a stable operation of integrated applications.

• Documentation of the integrations carried out.

• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the platform architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in a Pre- / Post-Sales role.

• Experience in the field of Cloud, SaaS, or platform developments.

• Practical experience with networking, API, and security topics (e.g., IAM, AD, DMZ, VPN, OAuth2, TLS).

• Solid knowledge of common DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

• Independent, pragmatic, and structured working style.

• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
