This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver evidence-based clinical care to individuals and groups, catering to patients and their families.
• Utilize measurement-based approaches to guide treatment planning.
• Collaborate and lead efforts alongside other members of the care team (such as coaches and psychiatrists).
• Offer insights on program curricula and training procedures.
• Provide feedback on the application of technology in therapeutic practices.
• Stay informed about risk management concerns.
• Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation.
• Engage in initial and ongoing training focused on evidence-based and technology-enhanced care delivery.
• Conduct skills or skills practice groups as assigned, specifically CBT-based groups for parents/caregivers, aimed at skill development and implementation according to the InStride Health curriculum, incorporating elements of ACT and PMT.
• Provisional / Associate licensure in one of two categories:
• Provisional / Associate Social Work License & a Master's Degree from an accredited school of Social Work.
• Provisional / Associate Counseling License & a Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program.
• OR Pre-Licensed Psychologist holding a Ph.D. or PsyD. in psychology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training is mandatory.
• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those dealing with anxiety and related disorders, is essential; experience with both is preferred.
• Preferred experience and training in administering evidence-based treatments (such as CBT, ACT, DBT).
• Basic computer proficiency, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capacity to be adaptable and agile, welcoming change while thriving both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, mission-driven setting.

• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in a way that fosters trust and confidence.
