This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will support our Account Management team in guiding clients in a structured, reliable manner with genuine appreciation.
• You will prepare check-ins, status updates, and follow-ups to ensure our clients make swift progress and feel optimally cared for.
• You will assist in maintaining our CRM system (HubSpot), keeping customer information up-to-date, and help prepare simple KPI overviews.
• You will accompany clients in their initial steps in the program, ensuring they have a clear overview—onboarding, next steps, and to-dos.
• You will closely collaborate with consulting, support, and mentoring teams to ensure clients receive the right support at the right time.
• You have initial experience in customer contact, service, sales, community management, or another communicative role.
• You possess a basic understanding of online marketing.
• You can communicate clearly, kindly, and precisely—both in writing and verbally.
• You have a strong digital affinity and can quickly adapt to new tools (CRM, Slack, Google Workspace).
• You work reliably, in an organized manner, and have a keen eye for detail—follow-ups, reminders, and deadlines are well managed by you.
• You are curious, learn quickly, and are eager to develop professional account management skills.
• You are proactive, think critically, and contribute your own ideas on how we can better support our clients.
• Duration of the internship: 20 hours per week / 3 months.
